This is a reminder that the Canadian Power and Sail Maritime Radio Course will take place at the Marine Institute in St. John’s on Thursday, January 30 and Thursday, February 6, 2020 @ 7:00 p.m. (you must attend both evenings). If you plan to operate a maritime radio on your boat, by federal law, everybody who operates a maritime radio must become certified and obtain a Restricted Operator’s Certificate (Maritime), also known as ROC(M). Successful completion of this course will give you this certification.
